We always aim to dispatch within 2 workings days. This may be delayed over Bank Holidays. However, we will always try and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
For delivery we estimate your order will be with between 3 to 5 working days after leaving us. We use Royal Mail & Courier services to bring you the best service and pricing and cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss in transit though we will always try and rectify any problem as fast as we can.
Postage is £4.99 to UK Mainland destinations for orders up to £49.99.
Orders of £50.00 and over are free of charge.
Delivery to the EU and Worldwide destinations can be arranged but please contact us for a quotation.
Please note there may be an additional delivery charge based on non-mainland UK locations and in the instances of non-stock items being delivered (such as bulky & heavy goods). In the event that your order incurs additional charges, you will be contacted at the point your Order is being processed.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope youíre delighted with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things arenít quite as expected. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss returns and exchanges policy.
Please contact us informing us that you would like a refund within 14 days of the date you placed your Order and return the item within 28 days unused (and animal hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact. If the item is not deemed to be re-saleable we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the funds we refund you or request further funds should you wish to exchange the item. If exchanging an item please also send the details of what you would like to exchange it for. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charge for returning an item, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge). Itís as easy as that!

It is recommended that you obtain Proof of Postage or post Recorded Delivery. The returned item is your responsibility until it is received by us and we will NOT be liable for returns that do not reach us.
If an item is faulty please contact us explaining the problem and return the item within 28 days of its receipt. A full refund will be given or an exchange made providing the item is in stock.
This does not apply to any personalised items that are made to order as once they are received by you returns are not permitted unless the item is faulty.
